High School Youth Ministry and Confirmation
High School Youth Ministry is a great opportunity for students to continue growing in faith as well as to take what they have been learning from their parents and from their classes out into the community.
Confirmation
We continue our journey of faith with Confirmation. The Diocese of Des Moines has changed the process for Confirmation. Parishes have been asked to prepare for and celebrate Confirmation when the young people are in high school. We feel our young people will continue to grow in faith, hope, and love for the Risen Christ and His Church. Holy Trinity will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Spring semester of one’s sophomore year of high school. During freshman and sophomore years of high school, young people will enter into preparation and formation for this Sacramental Journey. Fill out this Form to prepare for Confirmation.
