If you were among the fortunate few who gathered delightful treasures during the soirée, you may collect your newfound keepsakes at the following times:
🌷 Saturday evening, immediately following the live auction and closeout—carry your treasures home under the moonlight
🌷 Sunday morning, bright and fresh from 8 a.m. to noon—a perfect start to the day
🌷 Monday through Friday, during regular office hours—please pick up items promptly

What is the Holy Trinity Gala Auction?
The Gala Auction brings our school and parish together for a fun evening while raising funds for Holy Trinity. It is a ticketed event for adults, which includes dinner, drinks, entertainment, and access to a fabulous silent and live auction.
What is a gathering party?
Gathering Parties are parent/caregiver-only events held for each grade in the months leading up to the Gala Auction. The Parties build relationships while raising awareness and support for the Gala Auction.
The responsibility of the Gathering Party Hosts is to plan a fun, casual parent night out, typically in a home setting. Each Gathering Party often has multiple hosts, and the Gala Committee will provide planning support to ensure a successful event.

Please consider donating an item to our Auction. Your donation will generate dollars greatly needed to make our Gala Auction successful. Donors will be recognized in the Event Program, Bidding App, and Event Signage. All donations are tax-deductible, and sponsors will receive a donor acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.
